Crunchy granola, we are

So, we are headed to the mountains for a couple of days, to spend time with Ken's family. Ken just arrived home late last night from a convention in Chicago, so he's exhausted. We plan to pack up the car and trek up the mountains after lunch. I have made some of Ken's homemade almond-cranberry granola for our journey.....so I guess you can really call us crunchy granola. Either that will do it, or the myriad of other miscellaneous organic goodies I've also stashed away will.
